Love your cooking stories. We had 4/5 of our kids for dinner (Tess and Mick were in Texas). I made the turkey and Mary made the stuffed squash. And we also had mashed potatoes, a corn casserole (by Law), peas, cranberry sauce and some pumpkin cake (from Julia). Happy Thanksgiving.
Hooray for Ernie making the tortière! That is truly stepping up. Glad you made the cranberries. They look perfect. I had surgery Monday and recovery has been slower than anticipated. So, I'm taking a load off and Joel is making dinner while I watch the parade and dog show. Just three of us (my sister Kate) this year. We adjust.
