Muddling Through

TAL IS HERE!

I was so happy when she got here last night that all I could do was hug her. I didn’t even get a picture I was so distracted by pure happiness. We get to celebrate the Fourth with her!

Other than that it’s been quiet, and a bit stressful to be honest. I’m trying to come out of this fog. I’m slowly feeling stronger but it’s been something of a rough haul. I haven’t posted because I would have sounded even drearier. However, there have been some bright moments.

When a beloved friend like Jimmy Wald comes by your house and sings you a song, you know you are a lucky human.

My work environs.

Ernie’s Father’s Day present from all of us. All I can see is the fact that after obsessing over how many pictures of Owen and how many of Leo, I managed to have TWO of Leo and the Millennium Falcon. Oh well, it was the Force I suppose.

I’m trying to take naps and am planning one for the near future. The side effects of the levofloxacin are lessening but definitely still felt. As you can see, there’s been improvement.

I had so much more I wanted to say but I am fading. One last thing. Drew, of the International Sign Finders podcast, wrote me to say my episode was the second most listened to/downloaded of the series. For better or worse, I am amazingly uncompetitive but you know, number one wouldn’t feel bad. So go forth and listen.
