Ahhhhh, a fine biscuit day today.
So fine.
It seems to be spring. I don’t know if I’m ready yet but it also appears that I have no say in the matter. It makes me slightly grumpy until I see things popping up in the yard. The way these crocuses plop themselves in the middle of the grass (sic) just delights me.
I swear, few flowers seem to capture the light like these do. I suppose they need to soak up every little bit, trusty little harbingers that they are.
We did make a brief venture down the street for a visit to Huber’s. Always good for the soul to see things that don’t change.
I’m working on putting a small ebook cookbook together. If you have favorite recipes of mine, do let me know. In the mean time, we made an excellent scallop, lettuce and pasta dinner last night.
The next week or two are going to be extremely busy. This week has a lot of doctor stuff but next week I get to see a dear friend. It’s always good to have something to look forward to.
One of the somewhat goofy projects I’ve been fussing with is our Bring Back Nuance t-shirt. For years when Ernie went on rants about politics or the world, he’d end by grumbling and saying that he wanted a t-shirt that said, “Bring Back Nuance.”
Welp, there you go, sweet pea.
You may implore the world to bring back nuance as well. Shirts are available here. We also offer Sandwich Life House Concert shirts as well as a key SLHC phrase: the real deal. Click away people, click away.

A short offering this biscuit day, but I have some soup to make.
Onward.
Love,
Cynthia
